Approval Process Facilitation
Prior to work commencing, Building Solutions will assemble and/or co-ordinate all aspects of statutory requirements, appropriate building applications, licences, approvals and submissions, including navigating the delicate process of fuel station planning approvals.
To help facilitate this, we use specialists where necessary. Working continuously within the construction industry for 15+ years means we've built effective relationships with companies in the West Australian urban and regional town planning community.
Through a metropolitan and regional subcontractor base in West Australia, your project will be taken through to Practical Completion Stage with cost effective expertise. We will keep you informed, deliver a transparent service and ensure your confidence throughout the project with uncompromising standards.

Your designated Project Manager will also take care of site establishment, tendering, staffing, procurement of materials, environmental considerations and quality processes. Their job is to ensure the streamlined successful delivery of your project.

Our site supervisors have the hours on site to see a construction job through to its satisfactory finish with a focus on Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management.
