Five 7-Eleven convenience stores will have been constructed by Building Solutions in time for Christmas; firmly establishing 7-Eleven’s presence in Perth.
Building Solutions’ progress so far includes:

Two Fremantle stores and a pop-up store in Murray St Mall are complete and open for business

Two remaining stores are on schedule to be opened by Christmas, at Rokeby Rd, Subiaco and Hay St Mall, Perth
This is the first time 7-Eleven has entered a new market in 32 years and Building Solutions are proud to be awarded this exciting project.

7-Eleven is the largest petrol and convenience retailer in Australia. Their website states “7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd conducts more than 180 million transactions a year, serving an average six customers per second“, this means they need stores that are constructed to last and be sustained with minimal maintenance.
The objective of Building Solutions is to provide the standard they expect whilst delivering a smooth construction process.
