Approval Process

The Assembly  and co-ordination of all aspects of statutory requirements, appropriate building applications, licenses, approvals and submissions, and have a unique partnering position with Planning Solutions (Aust) which provide exclusive services on Town Planning.

Design and Construction

Utilising and customising our in-house resources to initiate and interpret concept plans from the client. From here a strong design brief is developed which promotes and reflects values and the working culture unique to the business. Once an agreement of preliminary costings, scheduling, statutory requirements have been met and the appropriate licenses received, construction can then commence.

Project Management

Clients are offered knowledge and experience in Project Management. Building Solutions employs specialised managers who will administer from site establishment, tender process, staffing, contractors, procurement of materials, environmental considerations and quality processes to ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget.

Site Management

A project needs thorough site supervision and attention to detail to ensure its successful execution. Building Solutions' site supervisors have experience in the construction process and know what it takes to see a construction job through to practical completion.
