Comments
The project required demolition of two existing houses, construction of a two storey building including upper floor carpark area and fit-out of the internal medical centre.
Building materials comprised a mix of concrete tilt walls, steel framed roof structure and clay brick walls. The concrete upper storey carpark covers virtually the entire building area and required our specialised expertise with strict tolerances.
The fit-out included fixtures and fittings, ducted air-conditioning, reception area, 5 consulting rooms, a nurses station and treatment, upper floor pathology, staff rooms and a separate retail shop.
